A resident of Shillong, Meghalaya, Neil is a wildlife and adventure enthusiast and a proponent of sustainable and raw tourism. He is the founder of the Shooting Association of Meghalaya and an Executive Member of the NRAI. His team has been instrumental in building farmer and weaving clusters in Assam, Meghalaya, and Tripura, nurturing local talent and craftsmanship.
